SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping time commences when the order is received and validated.

Domestic Delivery : 2-5 days

International Shipping : Approximately 7-14 days. In case of missed delivery due to recipient’s absence, there will be no refund in any case.

Customs Duty and Taxes
Almost all items shipped to international destinations are subject to customs duty and other taxes imposed by the government of each country, for which the recipient must be responsible. In general, the recipient must pay for such duty and taxes before collecting the item(s). The customs valuation may be dependent upon the value of goods, trade agreement, country of manufacturer, the use of goods, and a harmonised code which will be assessed from the aforementioned elements by the customs official.

                                  THB100 shipping fee for orders lower than 3 pcs.

International Shipping : Free shipping with 3 pcs minimum purchase per order
We reserve the right to amend shipping fees without prior notice.

Delivery Status

Your order can be tracked by checking the delivery status shown in your account. Terms are as follows:
PROCESSING – Your order has been successfully verified. The item is being packed and is ready to be dispatched.

COMPLETE – Your order has been shipped. You will receive the tracking number in a shipping notification e-mail.

CANCELLED – Your order has been cancelled.
